Hunan Xiangfeng Special Paper Industry Co., Ltd., founded in 2004, is a medium-sized enterprise appointed to produce cigarette paper by China Central Government. We are also a permanent member of National Cigarette Paper Association. Our company covers an area of 461,000 square meters, with the amount of 495 workers. We have six Fourdrinier paper production lines including one 2550mm high grade cigarette paper production line, one 1880mm cigarette paper production line, and two 1880mm, and two 1575mm production lines of cigarette fitter plug wrap paper production lines. Our production capacity is 22,000 tons and sales income has amounted to RMB 360 million.

Our company began to produce cigarette paper in 1974. With continuous innovation and development, we have more than 10 kinds of "Xiangfeng" cigarette paper products, which have passed the evaluation of ISO9001:2000 quality control system certification. We have established perfect quality control system as well as after-sales service system. Our staple products include some high-tech environmental protection products, such as low side-steam cigarette paper, the excellent cigarette fitter plug wrap paper, A1 level cigarette paper, and B level cigarette paper. Our products are sold to more than 50 cigarette factories and cigarette material enterprises, and also exported to some countries of Southeast Asia.

To keep up with the development of tobacco industry, in Sep. 2006, our company invested RMB 280 million in introducing the most advanced and top grade technology and equipment of cigarette paper from Germany, French, America, and other countries. With an annual production of 8,000 tons, our newly constructed high grade cigarette paper project (6# machine) possesses advanced technology, exquisite equipment, and excellent quality products.
